Growing up on a farm in Bellevue, IA, I learned hands-on skills from my family, which set me on a path in home improvement. Although I’ve worked on everything from full remodels to major rental renovations, my business focuses on the day-to-day repairs you need a reliable handyman for.

Request a virtual quote from our team with your list of needs.
We ask for detailed descriptions including photos of the work to be done.
This allows us to review the photos and get you an accurate quote without wasting your time on a walkthrough.
Estimate
We will review your request and send you a custom estimate for the work to be done.
Once you accept, we get you on the calendar.
Accept
Rogis Properties LLC arrives and takes care of your home repairs and upgrades.
Enjoy
Once we are done, your todo list is marked off, and you can breath a breath of relief when you get home!

How Do I Get On Your Calendar?
First step is to submit a request for a quote, and once you've approved the quote, we will put you on the calendar. We tend to schedule out 1-2 weeks from the time of quote acceptance.
What Areas do you Service?
We are based in Preston, IA and service north to Bellevue, East to Savanna, West to Maquoketa and south to the greater DeWitt and Clinton areas.
How Do you Determine Project Costs?
Depending on the job, we provide the materials. 20% markup on materials. - for aesthetic purchases you can provide.
How Do You Handle Unexpected Issues or Changes During a Project?
We stop working and come to you with a convo about how to job has changed and what is required to move forward re: scheduling or cost changes
Do You Offer a Warranty on Your Work?
We provide a warranty on all labor. We stand behind our work and our goal is for you to be happy with the results.
How Quickly Can We Book You?
We tend to be booked 1-2 weeks in advance. The fastest way to get on our schedule is to request a quote and let us know your timeline.
Do You Offer Walkthroughs?
Most small jobs we can provide a quote via our online form. If you'd like in in person walkthrough for a complex repair, we can do that for $75 for the walkthough. All walkthroughs fees are credited back for jobs booked over $750 in value.
